We offer two children karate programs based on age:

The Little Ninja Program for cihldren ages 4-5, is focused on improving preschool-age children's basic motor and listening skills.

The Dragon's Program for children 6 years of age and up, focuses on character development as well as the continued progress of physical skills.

Our dynamic Adult classes will help manage stress, develop fitness and teach self-defense.
